8 min practice to reset your back and sit with ease

Try this practice if you: 

  • have back pain or discomfort while you're sitting

  • sit at the computer or desk many hours of the day

  • need something to help you reset throughout the day when you start to feel fatigued

  • need an invitation to slow down and come back to yourself

  • want something to practice in between your private sessions

The video includes:

  • a seated practice with movements that help you establish a responsive, connected sense of your back

  • instructions to help you find an easier seated balance

  • a visual aid and explanation of the balance between the head-pelvis and the curves of the spine.
